Our team is viewed as an extension of our client's Corporate land acquisition and operations teams, creating a beneficial relationship for both parties. We have numerous success stories helping our clients achieve their goals, including helping grow a national homebuilder's home sales by 2X in a region, expanding a national homebuilders operations into several new markets, and growing a Cannabis operator's commercial store presence by 10+ locations in under a year. BW Strategies has been engaged with Lennar homebuilding since 2015. In that time, the team assisted in facilitating an aggressive growth strategy to increase the number of divisional home closings in the Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Atlanta, and Orlando markets. In Charleston alone, Lennar recognized over a 97% increase in home closings since the beginning of our engagement. BW Strategies was also charged with leading the land sourcing efforts for Lennar's growth into the Savannah market.
BW Strategies is engaged with GreyStar to provide consulting services and advice in sourcing raw land, lots and finished homes for Greystar’s Single Family Rent platform in the SouthEastern United States. The engagement includes assistance with developing potential partnerships with developers and builders in each of the desired markets to effectuate GreyStar's aggressive growth strategy.
PharmaCann retained BW Strategies in 2019 to help implement their national retail rollout. Our team has helped source over 100 potential dispensary locations throughout Illinois, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Ohio, Maryland, Massachusetts, and New York which resulted in over a dozen new store openings. BW Strategies continues to work with PharmaCann in maximizing license allocations throughout crucial markets in Illinois, Ohio, Maryland, and New York.
BW Strategies worked with MedMen on implementing an aggressive growth strategy by expanding the company into new markets. During our partnership, MedMen observed significant growth through expansion of its retail locations, opening 15 more locations in the Florida, Nevada, and Illinois markets.
